Our company is hiring an Administrative Assistant to handle daily administrative duties. The right candidate will be responsible for filing documents, maintaining records, processing paperwork and handling other clerical duties. The Administrative Assistant will work closely with other members of our staff to ensure that the office/shop is running smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects at once.
- Set up meetings with clients.
- Manage the flow of information between clients and project managerpartment to another.
- Use modern office equipment like computers and photocopiers.
- Manage lists of notes, phone numbers, and appointments.
- Communicate with coworkers and owners via email, telephone, or text message.
