Duties
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and live chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product or service information.
- Assist clients with account management, order processing, and service requests while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up on customer inquiries, gather feedback, or promote new products and services.
- Support customer support operations by entering data accurately into our systems.
- Handle cash transactions securely when necessary, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback for analysis and continuous improvement.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure every customer feels valued and understood.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve processes, and achieve team goals related to client services and sales.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends or issues that can inform service enhancements or sales strategies.
- Contribute to a positive call center environment by demonstrating professionalism, patience, and active listening during all interactions.
