Overnight Dishwasher

The Overnight Cleaner/Dishwasher plays a critical role in setting our kitchens up for success each day. Working during overnight hours, this position ensures that all dishware, equipment, and kitchen spaces are thoroughly cleaned, organized, and ready for the morning team. This is an essential behind-the-scenes role for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in creating a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment. If you enjoy working independently, value consistency, and find satisfaction in a job done well, this role is a great fit.

Dishwashing & Sanitation

• Wash, sanitize, and properly store all dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment.

• Deep clean dishwashing stations, sinks, floors, and surrounding work areas.

• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards during cleaning tasks.
  
  

Overnight Cleaning & Maintenance

• Thoroughly clean kitchen, storage, and service areas to ensure readiness for the next day.

• Remove trash, recycling, and compost, and restock cleaning and utility supplies as needed.

• Clean floors, surfaces, equipment exteriors, and shared spaces according to nightly checklists.
  
  

General Support

• Organize and restock clean dishware and kitchen tools.

• Assist with basic setup or breakdown of kitchen stations and equipment.

• Safely handle and store cleaning supplies and report maintenance or equipment concerns to leadership.
  
  

• Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently during overnight hours.

• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and safety.

• Previous dishwashing or cleaning experience is a plus, but not required—training provided for the right candidate.

• Previous experience is a plus, but not required—on-the-job training is provided for candidates eager to learn and work independently.
