Duties

• Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes, ensuring consistency and quality
• Operate kitchen equipment such as grinders, saws, scales, stovetops and food production machinery safely and efficiently
• Handle food safely by following sanitizing procedures, proper food handling techniques, and food safety management protocols
• Maintain cleanliness of workstations, including food prep areas and kitchen equipment, following food safety sanitizing procedures
• Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating with colleagues to serve our customers

• Ability to operate various kitchen equipment safely and effectively while adhering to recipe adherence and food production standards
