What are the responsibilities and job description for the Back of House Team Member position at Marios Italian Restaurant?
Marios Italian Restaurant is looking for a Back of House Team Member to join our team in Matthews, NC!
Hours needed are Monday - Friday, 10am-4pm. We are flexible with these hours if you need to leave earlier or would like to work more hours. Pay is flexible based on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls - pick up and delivery orders and reservations.
- Give out pick up orders to customers through drive thru window or via front of house.
- Help with making salads for to-go and dine in orders and running food for servers during lunch hours.
- Help with salad prep (cutting tomatoes, cucumbers, making dressings, etc.) and restocking salad and expo stations.
- Work closely with management to ensure lunch shift runs properly.
- Communicate customer needs effectively to kitchen and management.
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
