7:30am - 4:00pm. Weekday and weekend shifts available.

Job Summary:
Our seasonal team members support daily greenhouse operations and plant care to keep our facility running smoothly. Key responsibilities include delivering plants to the shipping area on schedule, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and working effectively with the team.
Shipping duties involve selecting the correct plants based on order tickets, using quality-control measures to verify plant quantity and condition, and packing orders accurately for timely delivery.
Greenhouse duties include repotting and labeling plants, trimming and inspecting them for pests or moisture issues, and providing proper care to promote healthy growth.
This role requires the ability to stand for extended periods, work comfortably in varying temperatures, and consistently uphold quality and efficiency standards. No prior experience is required, though a basic understanding of plant care or shipping operations is helpful.
