Job Summary:
The Supervisor of Assembly oversees the daily operations of various assembly lines within the organization. The position ensures that products are assembled accurately, efficiently, safely, and in accordance with quality standards and production schedules. The Supervisor of Assembly leads assembly associates, monitors workflow, and ensures production targets are met while maintaining a safe and organized work enviornment.
Location:
300 Park Ave, Warminster PA. 100% Onsite. Monday - Friday 7am-3:30pm.
Essential Duties:
- Supervise daily assembly operations to ensure production schedules and output targets are achieved.
- Monitor the assembly performance and adjust staffing or workflow to maintain efficiency.
- Ensure products are assembled according to standard operating procedures and quality requirements.
- Coordinate with Production Planning, Packaging, and Warehouse teams to maintain smooth operations.
- Lead, train, and support assembly associates and seasonal/contract labor.
- Assign tasks and manage daily staffing to ensure coverage for production needs.
- Provide coaching, performance feedback, and on-the-job training.
- Monitor attendance, productivity, and employee performance.
- Ensure workplace safety standards are maintained.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2 – 4 years progressive supervisor experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality standards
- Knowledge of workplace safety practices
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem solving skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
