Job Summary:

The Manager, IT Operations & Security is responsible for leading day-to-day IT infrastructure operations, service delivery, and enterprise security in support of business continuity. This hands-on role ensures the reliability, security, and scalability of the organization’s systems, networks, and technology workflows.

This position oversees enterprise infrastructure support, help desk services, and IT security initiatives while developing and executing the technology roadmap across these areas. The role requires a proactive and collaborative leader who can align technology capabilities with business needs and partner closely with stakeholders across the organization.

Location:

300 Park Ave, Warminster PA. 100% Onsite. Monday - Friday 8am-5pm.

Essential Duties:

• Develop and execute a multi-year IT infrastructure and security roadmap aligned with business strategy and growth
• Design, implement, and maintain on-premises and cloud infrastructure, including servers, storage, networks, print services, and endpoints
• Establish and track IT service KPIs and service levels to ensure reliable support and operations
• Maintain and enhance backup, disaster recovery, and incident response capabilities to support business continuity
• Lead cybersecurity strategy, including architecture, controls, monitoring, employee training, and incident response
• Oversee telecommunications systems, including voice and collaboration platforms
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify process improvements and technology solutions
• Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to support operational and strategic goals
• Lead IT projects from planning through delivery, managing risks and stakeholder communication
• Manage, mentor, and develop IT team members
• Oversee IT vendors, contracts, licensing, and budgets
• Maintain IT policies, governance standards, and compliance practices
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 7 years of progressive experience in IT operations, infrastructure, or services, including 2 years in a leadership role
• Experience developing IT roadmaps and leading infrastructure and technology initiatives
• Strong hands-on experience with the Microsoft ecosystem, including Microsoft 365, Azure AD / Entra ID, Intune, identity & access management, and Purview
• Working knowledge of Cisco enterprise networking, VMware virtual environments, and PowerShell scripting
• Experience managing and developing team members
• Strong background in cybersecurity architecture, incident response, risk assessment, and security awareness programs
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and vendor management skills
• Service-oriented mindset with the ability to influence and drive outcomes
• Ability to travel locally between company sites as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, CPG, retail, or supply-chain-driven environments
• Hands-on experience with cybersecurity platforms such as CrowdStrike, Mimecast, or KnowBe4
• Professional certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or CISSP
