Job Type: Part-time, hiring 2 people
Pay: $15 to $18/hour plus tips plus commission ($30 to 60 per membership sale)
Expected Total Compensation: $20 to 22 /hour for top performers
About Us
The Bunkr Golf Co. is Dunwoody's indoor golf social club, 5 TrackMan bays, cold drinks, and zero country club stuffiness. We run tournaments like the Bunkr Cup, host date nights, film way too many Reels, and treat regulars like family. If "fun" is a job requirement somewhere else, here it's just Tuesday.
The Role
We're hiring the person who makes a random Tuesday feel like an event. Someone who can walk up to six strangers who've never swung a golf club in their life and have them laughing within thirty seconds. If you've ever been the reason a table stayed an extra hour, or the one your friends beg to come to parties because you make everything better, we want to talk to you. Golf knowledge is optional. Charisma is not.
Responsibilities
- Walk into a room and own it, in the best way
- Run the TrackMan bays like a pro, we'll teach you everything you don't already know
- Turn first-timers into regulars and regulars into members
- Keep drinks flowing and bays clean, the boring but necessary stuff
- Jump into a Reel or TikTok without needing three takes and a pep talk
- Make sure literally everyone who walks out the door is already planning their next visit
Who You Are
- The friend who talks to strangers at parties and somehow ends up with their number by the end of the night
- Genuinely funny, or at least funny enough that people laugh with you and not at you
- High energy without needing five Red Bulls to get there
- Comfortable on camera, we film content constantly and you'll be in it
- 18 or older and able to get a Georgia alcohol pour permit, we pour canned beer and wine, nothing fancier
- Reliable, because energy doesn't mean anything if you don't show up
- Golf experience is a nice bonus, personality is the whole job

Schedule
We're hiring 2 part-time Bay Hosts. Wednesdays and weekends are our biggest need, so that's where we need you most, but overall flexibility for evenings and weekends is a big plus since that's when the party's happening.
