Traditions Golf & Country Club is looking for a Host/Hostess to join our team!
We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic individual to work as a host/ hostess in our restaurant. You will be expected to provide an excellent member experience. The ideal candidate will be able to work efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude. We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a team environment, takes pride in providing excellent customer service, and has great communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Greet every person entering restaurant
- Continuous checks inside and outside to ensure we are member ready at all times
- Collecting a member card for every guest before seating
- Use our lightspeed POS to seat members and inform servers immediately
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Keep the restaurant clean, organized, and stocked
- Follow safety rules, regulations, and policies
- Professional and enthusiastic personality
Requirements
- Must be 16 years old with a valid driver’s license or have access to a driver’s license.
- Must be able to speak English.
Skills & Experience:
- Restaurant experience preferred
