Duties
- Assist customers with product inquiries, providing knowledgeable recommendations and support to enhance their shopping experience
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and processing sales quickly and efficiently
- Stock coolers efficiently, ensuring products are organized and replenished regularly to maintain optimal store presentation
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting shoppers warmly, answering questions professionally, and demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic retail math to ensure accurate transactions
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with customers and team members
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work flexible hours including weekends or evenings
