Job Summary:
We are seeking a customer-oriented and detail-focused Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle transactions accurately and efficiently while providing exceptional customer service. As a Cashier, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
Duties:
- Process sales transactions accurately using a cash register.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products
- Assist in maintaining adequate stock levels at the checkout counter
-Prepares food neatly, according to formula, and in a timely manner.
-Checks products in the sandwich unit area and restocks items to ensure a sufficient supply throughout the shift.
-Understands and adheres to proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards during food preparation, service, and clean up.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred not must
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse customers
- Familiarity with cash register systems
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
-Must have own transportation and child care
-Must be dependable, honest, and a 'People's person'
-Preferred someone with cash register experience but will train
-Must be able to pass a criminal background check
-Must be 18. Drug Test required if hired (Marijuana excluded)
Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time
Pay: From $14.05 per hour
Shift:
- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift (3 PM -11 PM)
- Night Shift (11PM -7 AM)
Work Location: In person
