The Buddy Center | Greenville, SC
The Buddy Center is seeking to bring onto our team a seasoned BCBA to join our growing clinical team. This BCBA will supervise home, school and community-based ABA services in Greenville, SC. Learners will range in age from 3-16 years old.
We are a woman-owned, clinician-founded organization focused on delivering compassionate, collaborative care to children and teens with autism. Our goal is to create an environment where clinicians feel supported, respected, and able to focus on delivering meaningful outcomes for the families we serve.
Unlike many organizations in the ABA space, we are not private equity backed and prioritize thoughtful caseloads, strong clinical collaboration, and high-quality training and clinical care.

Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Oversee implementation of ABA programs and ensure clinical quality
- Provide supervision and training to RBTs
- Collaborate with families and other providers
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain documentation in accordance with payer and BACB requirements
Qualifications
- BCBA certification required
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field (BCBA)
- Bachelor’s degree in ABA or related field (BCaBA)
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Compensation
PT and FT positions available.
Hourly and salaried positions - $50-$60 per hour. Salaried positions $80,000-$100,000 depending on experience.
