The Buddy Center | Greenville, SC
The Buddy Center is seeking to bring onto our team seasoned BCBA/BCaBAs to join our growing clinical team. Our BCBA/BCaBAs will supervise home, school and community-based ABA services in Greenville, SC. Learners will range in age from 3-16 years old. Once our clinic opens in mid to late May, they may request a hybrid home and clinic caseload.
We are a woman-owned, clinician-founded organization focused on delivering compassionate, collaborative care to children and teens with autism. Our goal is to create an environment where clinicians feel supported, respected, and able to focus on delivering meaningful outcomes for the families we serve.

Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Oversee implementation of ABA programs and ensure clinical quality
- Provide supervision and training to RBTs
- Collaborate with families and other providers
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain documentation in accordance with payer and BACB requirements
Qualifications
- BCBA or BCaBA certification required
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field (BCBA)
- Bachelor’s degree in ABA or related field (BCaBA)
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Compensation
PT and FT positions available.
Hourly and salaried positions - $50-$60 per hour. Salaried positions $80,000-$100,000 depending on experience.
