Now Hiring Immediately a Janitorial Utility Technician
- Pay: $16.00 per hour
- Location: Elm Hill Pike, Donelson, TN
- Schedule: Monday- Friday | 5:30 PM – 9:30 PM (20 hours/week)
- Requirements: 18 years old, Lift 50 lbs. Drug Screen & Background Check

- What You’ll Do as a Utility Technician: At The Budd Group, we don’t just clean buildings; we curate environments where people thrive! As our Janitor / Utility Technician, you will be a vital part of our Century Place team. In this Utility Tech role, you’ll handle advanced floor care using specialized technology like iMops and iScrubs.
- Duties include: General cleaning, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning windows and bathrooms, emptying trash, and other duties as assigned by the supervisor as needed.
- Will be operating floor scrubbing machines.
- Must have a role-playing attitude
What You Bring To The Team as a Utility Technician?
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repetitively.
- Reliability: A punctual professional who is 18 and can pass a drug screen and background check.
- Coachability: Willingness to learn new equipment and follow safety protocols.
- Detail-Oriented: A commitment to excellence and facility safety
- Experience Required: 1-3 years.
