What You’ll Do / Key Responsibilities
As our Recruiter / Staffing Coordinator, you will be the heart of our hiring process and a key partner in growing our local team. In this role, your primary goal is to build strong relationships, connect with candidates, and create a welcoming hiring experience.

Serve as a primary Recruiter / Staffing Coordinator for our Shred Services and facility divisions, keeping candidate pipelines active and engaged.

Conduct high-energy in-person, virtual, and phone screenings, bringing enthusiasm and strong people skills to every candidate interaction.

Collaborate closely with site managers and local branch leadership to understand staffing needs and build meaningful partnerships.

Guide candidates through the hiring process with patience, empathy, and clear communication.

Utilize modern recruitment systems, job boards, and scheduling tools to track applicants efficiently (full software and recruiting training provided!).
