Key Responsibilities
- Surface Care: Dusting, wiping, and disinfecting desks, tables, and common area furniture.
- Floor Maintenance: Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming all floor surfaces.
- Restroom Sanitation: Thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting restrooms and restocking supplies (soap, paper towels, etc.).
- Waste Management: Emptying all trash and recycling bins and replacing liners.
- Kitchen/Breakroom: Cleaning sinks, countertops, and exterior appliance surfaces.
- Security: Ensuring all windows and doors are securely locked upon completion of the shift.
- Experience: Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are essential.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to spot and clean areas that others might miss.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs throughout the shift.
- Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to the job site off Dennis C Rembert Blvd.
