The Budd Group is seeking FLOOR TECHNICANS for educational facilities in the MT PLEASANT area of Charleston

HOURS:
3:00 PM to 7:00 PM
4:00 PM to 8:00 PM
5:00 PM to 9:00 PM
LOCATION: Mt. Pleasant, SC (From one end of 17 to the other end)
PAY: $17.00/hr 💰
Key Responsibilities:
- Hard Surface Restoration: Perform stripping, scrubbing, sealing, and waxing of VCT and stone floors.
- Carpet Extraction: Execute deep-cleaning cycles on classrooms and office carpets using extractors and spot-treat chemicals.
- Equipment Mastery: Maintain and perform basic troubleshooting on auto-scrubbers, side-by-side buffers, and industrial vacuums.
- Mixing chemicals according to package directions
Requirements:
- Must have prior floor care experience
- Must be able to pass a background check and TB test
