Where: Rome, GA When: M-F with the ability to be on-call outside of standard business hours
About the Role:
As Operations Manager, you'll oversee cleaning and maintenance for multiple customer sites (office buildings, etc.). You'll lead cleaning teams, ensuring high standards and strong client relationships. This role reports to the Janitorial Division Manager/Branch Manager.
What You'll Do:
Manage and support cleaning staff (hiring, training, scheduling).
Solve employee and customer concerns.
Assign cleaning tasks and inspect completed work.
Ensure safety procedures are followed.
Order and manage cleaning supplies and equipment.
Track employee work hours.
Step in and perform cleaning duties when needed.
Conduct site inspections and provide monthly reports to clients.
What You'll Need:
2-5 years of higher-level supervisory/management experience OR a 4-year college degree OR a 2-year technical degree.
History of leading large teams of hourly staff
Solid understanding of business-to-business service in a fast-paced environment.
Driver's license required.
Ability to follow instructions and learn quickly.
Good attention to detail (identifying numbers, understanding volumes).

Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Good close vision and ability to adjust focus.
