Project Manager

Arcus Restoration Services, LLC a brand of American Restoration is a growing, full-scale restoration and remediation company currently serving middle and east Tennessee as well as North Alabama. We specialize in property restoration involving water, fire, smoke or other property damage. We believe our core values set us apart from other restoration companies. We are currently seeking to fill a full-time project manager position who will embrace these core values and be a part of our growing team at our office in Chattanooga, TN.

Job Description: The Project Manager is responsible for the overall management of multiple restoration projects. Project Managers duties include, but are not limited to, producing accurate scope, securing projects, project details and progression, managing sub-contractors, overseeing field construction and resource allocation. The duties are to be completed within prescribed profit margins while generating positive customer satisfaction.

Knowledge and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, construction science, engineering, architecture, or related field from an accredited university; or Experience 5 years in residential/commercial construction field as business owner/sole proprietor or project manager field 
• Three years’ experience as a construction manager or in a similar position in construction management

• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Able to manage a team of employees and multiple projects
• Experienced at compiling and following strict budgets
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Accurate and precise attention to detail
• Goal-oriented and organized leadership
• Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
• In-depth understanding of the construction industry
• Self-motivated and self-directed
• Computer Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Organized and able to create multiple timelines, budgets, and schedules
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal building code regulations
• Able to build solid relationships with team members, vendors, and customers
• Background in sales/customer service preferred.
• WTR & ASD certified preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Compile and plan budgets, cost estimates, and other financial estimates
• Develop construction project with architect, engineers, and trade workers
• Order and manage materials and equipment
• Provide internal reporting and projections for inventory
• Oversee and supervise construction project progress and provide reports on timeline, progress, and adjustments
• Ensure all legal requirements, building and safety codes, safety inspections, city guidelines, and local and state regulations are met
• Perform the tasks of a cost estimator
• Ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
• Must be able to lift heavy equipment and/or loads up to 80 pounds.
• Some traveling required.

Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
