What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape Production Analyst (Aspire Software) position at The Budd Group?
Aspire to inspire our team! Join The Budd Group Today as our Aspire expert!
The Budd Group is seeking a Landscape Systems Production Analyst. This is a strategic role designed for a professional who understands the unique pulse of the landscape industry and has the technical expertise to optimize the systems that power it.
This position offers a unique balance: you will spend significant time in a professional office setting managing our tech stack, while traveling to our regional branches to ensure our teams are equipped for success.
The Role
As the primary architect of our system adoption, you will act as the link between our IT infrastructure and our regional operations. You will be responsible for the "Day in the Life" of the Aspire platform—generating high-level dashboards for leadership while providing the training and support necessary for our branch teams to thrive.
What You’ll Do
-
System Management: Serve as the regional lead for the Aspire platform, managing trouble tickets, system health, and data integrity from your desk.
-
Operational Training: Travel to branch locations (typically one day per week) to conduct onboarding and training, moving system adoption deeper into the organization.
-
Performance Insights: Implement and manage dashboard monitors in branch huddle rooms to track labor efficiency, quality, and safety.
-
Process Improvement: Transition manual field functions into streamlined digital workflows within the Aspire environment.
Required Qualifications
-
Aspire Software Expertise: Direct, hands-on experience with Aspire is a firm requirement for this role.
-
Landscape Industry Background: You are familiar with the landscape operational model and can speak the language of both executives and field personnel.
-
Training Ability: A high level of patience and the ability to explain technical concepts to users with varying levels of tech-literacy.
-
Technical Proficiency: Strong command of the Google Suite and Microsoft Office; experience with Dayforce integration is a plus.
-
Mobility: Ability to handle frequent day travel to branches (mileage reimbursement provided).
Why This Role?
This is the ideal career move for a "tech-forward" landscape professional. It allows you to stay deeply engaged in the industry you know and love while stepping away from the physical intensity of field operations. You will have the autonomy to drive real change across the organization in a stable, Monday–Friday environment.
