- Lead and develop a team of 10–12 landscaping professionals.
- Oversee elite turf grass management and complex irrigation systems.
- Act as the primary point of contact for staff, ensuring elite client relations.
- Utilize internal software to track production and maintain administrative precision.
- Serve as the Landscape Account Manager for all high-visibility events.
- Experience: Proven track record in landscape leadership or grounds management.
- Technical Skill: Deep knowledge of warm and cool turf grass and irrigation.
- Leadership: Ability to motivate a diverse crew and manage high-level client expectations.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable navigating software for reporting and scheduling.
- License: A valid Driver’s License is required to operate the company vehicle.
