- Schedule: Full-Time | Mon–Fri 3:00 PM–11:30 PM (Summer: Mon–Fri 8:00 AM–4:30 PM)
- Requirements: 2 years custodial experience; 2 years supervisory or team lead experience; ability to lift up to 50 lbs

What You’ll Do
As our Janitorial Shift Supervisor, you will keep facility operations running smoothly and safely every day.
- Act as the primary on-site Custodial Lead, supervising, coaching, and supporting team members during daily assignments.
- Serve as a proactive Cleaning Supervisor by conducting check-ins, monitoring equipment, and performing regular quality inspections.
- Coordinate shift coverage, maintain proper inventory levels, and respond promptly to client service requests or emergencies.
What You Bring To The Team
- 2 years of hands-on commercial or institutional cleaning experience.
- 2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
- Solid knowledge of cleaning supplies, chemical safety, and floor care practices.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, dependable attitude.
