Responsibilities

- Train and mentor janitorial staff on proper cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
- Manage staffing schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts, adjusting as needed for operational demands.
- Conduct regular inspections to verify cleanliness, safety compliance, and adherence to company policies.
- Oversee inventory management of cleaning supplies, laundry products, and custodial equipment to optimize resources.
- Address any operational issues promptly by providing guidance or escalating concerns to management.

Experience
- Proven supervising experience in janitorial services or custodial management within commercial or hospitality settings.
- Strong background in cleaning techniques, including commercial cleaning standards and laundry operations.

- Experience with hotel housekeeping management or hospitality environments is highly desirable.
