• 💰 Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour (Based on experience)

What You’ll Do (SEO: Landscape Foreman / Lawn Care Lead) As a Landscape Foreman, you are the heartbeat of our field operations. You won’t just be supervising; you’ll be the Lawn Care Lead who ensures our clients’ properties look pristine.

• Lead a team of 3-5 members in daily mowing, pruning, and plant care.
• Manage equipment maintenance and ensure safety compliance on every job site.
• Monitor irrigation systems and plant health to catch issues before they grow.
• Be the face of The Budd Group for our clients, ensuring high-quality results.
• Step up during the winter for occasional snow and ice removal duties.
  
  

What You Bring To The Team

• Experience: 2 years in landscape maintenance and 1 year in a leadership role.
• Licensing: Must hold a valid SC driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Physical Ability: Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Mindset: A proactive problem-solver who takes pride in a job well done.
• Communication: Ability to read and understand instructions in English (Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!).
