We're seeking enthusiastic and skilled individuals to join our team as Landscape/Grounds Crew Members! If you love working outdoors and have a talent for turning ordinary spaces into extraordinary landscapes, this is the job for you!
The Details
Schedule: 7:30am to 4:00pm Monday - Friday with occasional weekend availability
Location: Salisbury, NC
Pay: $15 to $20 per hour depending on experience
Key Responsibilities
Garden Creation: Plant, water and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees.
Lawn Care: Mow, edge, and fertilize lawns to keep them looking lush.
Equipment Operation: Safely operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
Seasonal Maintenance: Perform seasonal tasks like leaf removal, gutter cleaning and snow clearing...that means no seasonal layoffs!
Groundskeeping: Remove trash and debris, assist with moving furniture around campus.
What We’re Looking For
Physical Stamina: Able to handle the demands of outdoor work, including lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, and standing for long periods of time.
Attention to Detail: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
Dependable and Punctual: Must have reliable transportation.
Driving: Must possess valid NC driver’s license.
