The Impact You'll Have
As the Regional Manager, you will hold the key to the market's success, blending strategic financial oversight with authentic people-first leadership. You will be accountable for the overall profitability and expansive growth of the division. This means:
- Driving Business Growth: You will be a vital force in revenue generation, spearheading the development of major accounts and actively pursuing growth through both direct and indirect sales strategies.
- Financial Mastery: Taking full ownership of the market's P&L, managing budgets, and controlling expenses to not only meet but exceed financial goals.
- People-Oriented Leadership: Building and maintaining strong, lasting relationshipsโboth with our valued clients and by empowering, coaching, and developing our dedicated team of supervisors and managers.
- Operational Excellence: Overseeing all day-to-day and strategic operations across a dispersed territory (within a 1-2 hour radius of Nashville), ensuring high standards of service, staffing, compliance, and efficiency.
- Elevate and Empower: Lead, manage, and mentor a team of salaried managers and frontline supervisors, fostering a culture of accountability and success.
- Fuel the P&L: Maximize market profitability through expert management of financial metrics, budgets, and operational spending.
- Client Relationship Architect: Develop and execute advanced client service and retention strategies that turn clients into long-term partners.
- Community Engagement: Represent The Budd Group locally, enhancing brand presence and generating goodwill.
- Ensure Flawless Execution: Guarantee the operation is fully staffed, properly trained, and compliant with all company systems and processes across the territory.
We are looking for a self-starter with a "builder" mindsetโsomeone who thrives on accountability and a competitive drive to win.
- Proven Growth Track Record: A minimum of six years of full-time business experience, with at least two years in business management, demonstrating a clear progression of increased job responsibilities and quantifiable growth achievements.
- Leadership Experience: 2 years of full-time experience successfully supervising first-level managers.
- Financial Acumen: Demonstrated ability to expertly manage complex budgets and deeply understand financial metrics, including P&L management, and using them to drive strategic decisions.
- Influential & Relational: An influential leader skilled at building strong, productive relationships with both employees and clients while firmly aligning performance with business goals.
- Required Education: A four-year degree is a must.
- Other: A valid driver's license is required.
