Landscape Enhancement Crew Member

  • Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

  • Location: 1000 Amble Drive, Charlotte, NC 28206 

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, starting at 7:00 AM 

  • Requirements: 1-3 years of experience; ability to lift 35 lbs. repetitively; a valid NC driver's license with a good driving record

What You’ll Do

As a Landscape Enhancement Crew Member, you will bring outdoor spaces to life! Working alongside an awesome team, our Landscaper professionals tackle hands-on installation projects. Your daily tasks as a Landscape Technician will include:

  • Planting trees, shrubs, flowers, and laying fresh sod.

  • Building retaining walls and laying pavers.

  • Installing outdoor lighting and helping with irrigation systems.

  • Handling other physical, rewarding outdoor duties as assigned.

What You Bring To The Team

  • 1 to 3 years of hands-on landscaping or outdoor installation experience.

  • The physical capability to lift 35 lbs. repetitively throughout your shift.

  • A great attitude, reliable attendance, and a love for working outdoors.

  • A valid NC driver's license with a good driving record
