Requirements: 2 years HVAC service/installation experience, valid driver’s license, EPA certification (Type I or II preferred), lift up to 50 lbs, pass background check & drug screen

What You’ll Do As an HVAC Technician, you will work alongside our supportive facilities team to keep equipment running smoothly.

HVAC Maintenance & Repair: Diagnose, service, and repair heating, cooling, and ventilation systems as an experienced HVAC Maintenance Technician.

Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine inspections to prevent breakdowns, boost energy efficiency, and act as our trusted HVAC Mechanic on site.

Team Collaboration & Impact: Assist on site improvement projects to ensure safety, reliability, and indoor comfort for all building occupants.

What You Bring To The Team

2 years of experience working as an HVAC Technician, HVAC Maintenance Technician, or HVAC Mechanic

Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record

EPA Certification (Type I or II preferred)

Strong understanding of HVAC systems, controls, and troubleshooting

Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds, plus pass a background check and drug screen
