General Cleaner

Location: Nashville, TN 37203

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday | 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM

We are looking for a reliable, detailed-oriented General Cleaner to join our team in Nashville. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks across designated building areas.

• Empty trash receptacles and transport waste to disposal areas.

• Dust surfaces, fixtures, and high-touch areas.

• Clean, sanitize, and restock restrooms.

• Vacuum carpeted areas and sweep/mop floors.

• Perform additional general facility cleaning duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional cleaning or custodial experience required.

• Physical Capability: Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs repetitively throughout the shift and perform physical tasks including bending, standing, stretching, and walking.

• Dependability: Strong punctuality and consistent attendance for the 6:30 AM shift.

• Attention to Detail: Ability to follow cleaning checklists, safety protocols, and supervisor instructions effectively.

• Background: Successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
