Branch Manager Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day branch operations and mentor your team for growth and retention.
- Drive strategic growth and align operations with sales goals.
- Manage full P&L and ensure the financial health of the branch.
- Engage directly with clients to deliver exceptional service and QA/QC closeouts.
- Oversee administrative tasks, payroll, and operational systems. Ensure top-notch quality by monitoring subcontractor performance.
- Entrepreneurial, self-starter with a people-first mindset.
- Hands-on experience in operations or service-based management.
- Comfortable with a 50/50 field-office split and leading from the front.
- P&L management experience.
- Excellent communicator and relationship builder.
- Familiarity with Google Suite; training provided for Salesforce, Coupa, and Tableau.
- Experience in Facilities Services/Facilities Maintenance preferred
- Competitive base salary bonus potential.
