As a 3rd Shift Janitorial Site Supervisor, you are the guardian of the campus after-hours. You will lead a dedicated team of custodial staff to ensure that students, facility, and staff return to a safe and welcoming learning environment.Â
HOURS: 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM
Days: Sunday through ThursdayÂ
Pay: $19.00/hr
As a Janitorial Team Lead, you will:
- Lead and supervise a Team of custodial staff
- Coordinate daily cleaning tasks and shift coverage
- Conducting walkthroughs and inspections to ensure quality standards
- This is a WORKING SUPERVISOR role. Will be hands on at times performing cleaning duties. That includes: trash removal, dusting, restroom sanitation, vacuuming, and more
- Communicating effectively with the Account Manager and Team.
- Foster a positive, team oriented work environmentÂ

MUST HAVE'S:
- Candidate must have prior experience in Management or Leadership.Â
- 3-5 verifiable janitorial experience required to be considered for the position
- Candidates with NO janitorial or NO management will not be contacted or considered
