This is a full-time, on-site role based in Columbus, OH, for a Visual Merchandiser at The Buckle, Inc. The Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for creating visually appealing store layouts, executing merchandising standards, and implementing product placement strategies. Daily responsibilities include designing displays, rotating merchandise to feature promotions, ensuring products are attractively presented, and collaborating with store leadership to enhance the customer shopping experience. The goal of this role is to inspire customer engagement and drive sales through innovative and effective visual merchandising techniques.
- Retail display and visual merchandising skills, including experience in creating and maintaining attractive and functional store layouts.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
- Creativity and an eye for detail to design compelling displays and product placements that align with brand guidelines.
- Ability to collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store leadership to manage merchandising plans and priorities.
- Knowledge of retail trends and customer behavior to implement impactful visual merchandising strategies.
- Previous retail or visual merchandising experience is highly preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Physical ability to lift and move merchandise and fixtures as needed.
