Join our 8–12 month Position Manager in Training program designed to develop future leaders within our company. You will learn to grow and manage a multi-million dollar annual business by assisting guests with exceptional customer service, teaching a sales staff our product and helping them achieve more alongside you, merchandising and making visual decisions to make our store standard yet appealing to our local clientele, and leading our team with accountability and character.
This is a full-time, benefited position:
• $16–20 an hour during the training program, performance-based pay
• Upon successful completion of the program, expected first-year earnings of $70K–$80K
• Must be mobile and willing to relocate for advancement opportunities
