Develop and grow a multi-million dollar annual business by assisting guests with exceptional customer service, teaching a sales staff our product and helping them achieve more alongside you, merchandising and making visual decisions to make our store standard yet appealing to our local clientele, and leading our team with accountability and character.


This is a full-time, benefited position:


• $16–20 an hour, performance-based pay

• Passion for people or fashion, competitive spirit, high energy, and strong communication skills make great candidates


• 2 years of management experience encouraged
