The Bubbler VR is a cutting-edge virtual reality cafe where imagination meets reality. We offer an extensive collection of VR experiences, from adrenaline-pumping shooting games to breathtaking explorations and adventures. Alongside our VR experiences, we pride ourselves on our signature hand-crafted sodas, lemonades, and smoothies, creating an environment that’s not just about gaming but a unique social and taste experience. We’re currently looking for enthusiastic and dynamic team members to help us deliver exceptional customer service and a clean, safe gaming environment.

Role Overview:

As a VR Arcade Assistant, you’ll be the heart and soul of The Bubbler VR experience. You’ll assist customers by setting them up in the VR stations, guiding them through game selection and navigation, and ensuring they have an unforgettable experience. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to showcase your skills by preparing our signature beverages and maintaining a clean and welcoming space for everyone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Setting up customers at VR stations and providing a brief on how to use the equipment.
• Assisting customers in selecting and navigating VR games and experiences.
• Preparing and serving our signature sodas, lemonades, and smoothies.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the arcade, including sanitizing VR workstations between uses.
• Providing exceptional customer service, including handling inquiries and feedback in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assisting in inventory management and other tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Passion for gaming and technology, with a particular interest in virtual reality.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or related fields is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• A positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Availability to work on weekends and holidays as needed.
• Available to work during the following days and times depending on scheduling (changes weekly): Thursday & Friday 5-10 pm, Saturday 1-10 pm, Sunday 1-6 pm
• Ideally 18
