Full-Time Housekeeper — The Brunswick Hotel
The Brunswick Hotel, a full-service boutique hotel in downtown Brunswick, is seeking a full-time Housekeeper to join our dedicated team. Openings in our housekeeping department are rare, making this a wonderful opportunity to join a workplace where people enjoy coming to work and take pride in what they do.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, detail oriented, and enjoys working as part of a team. Weekend availability is required.
Responsibilities
- Complete thorough guest room cleans, including changing linens, making beds, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and replenishing amenities.
- Provide stayover service to refresh occupied rooms while respecting guest belongings and privacy.
- Maintain consistently high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest comfort.
- Assist with laundry as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and stocking linens and towels.
- Clean and maintain public spaces as needed, including hallways, lobby areas, and public restrooms.
- Keep housekeeping carts, supplies, and storage areas clean, organized, and stocked.
- Report maintenance concerns and follow hotel procedures for lost and found items.
- Work closely with housekeeping and front desk colleagues to ensure rooms are ready for arriving guests.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safe practices when using cleaning products and equipment.
