What are the responsibilities and job description for the Bartender/Server position at The Brothers Three?
The Brothers Three in Marinette, WI is looking for one bartender/server to join our team. This is primarily a part-time position, open to weekends, Sunday availability a must. We are located on 1302 Marinette Ave. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and reliable. Wage is $10/hr plus tips. Must be 18 and able to take responsible beverage serving course if you have not already.
Responsibilities
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
- Interact with customers, take orders and serve drinks
- Answer phone to take carry-out and delivery orders
- Assist team wherever available (including carrying drinks to tables for minor servers)
- Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Check customer's identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Effectively serve up to ten barstools, three high tops
- Additional server help if necessary
Qualifications
- Proven working experience as a bartender
- Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
- Relevant training certificate
- Reliable availability
