- Run scheduled estimates or follow-up calls professionally
- Follow our proven sales process
- Manage your pipeline and follow up consistently
- Accurately document notes, pricing, and outcomes
- Represent the company with integrity and confidence
- Be a team player who wants to win together
- Consistent monthly sales production
- Strong close rate on qualified leads
- Professional customer experience every time
- 1 year of sales experience (home services preferred)
- Comfortable selling over the phone and/or in-home
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Coachable and open to feedback

- Reliable transportation (if in-home role)
- Sales Rep travel to prospects' home
- Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S.
