Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Café Manager and operator to run the daily operations of our busy café. As a key member of our hospitality team, the Café Manager will be responsible for managing a team of staff, maintaining high standards of food safety and quality, and ensuring a welcoming and efficient dining experience for our customers.
Duties
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the café, including food preparation, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
- Lead and supervise a team of kitchen staff, servers, and hosts to ensure excellent customer service and team morale.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and hygienic environment in the café.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve café performance, including sales, customer satisfaction, and staff productivity.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and training to staff as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and employee performance.
- Collaborate with the hospitality management team to ensure alignment with the overall business goals.
- Manage the café's budget, including ordering supplies and managing expenses.
- Develop and implement promotions, events, and marketing campaigns to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints or issues.
