Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Café Manager to oversee daily operations in our vibrant café environment. Duties
- Supervise daily café operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality service.
- Train, develop, and manage staff to maintain excellent customer service standards.
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to guarantee quality and adherence to safety regulations.
- Manage inventory control, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
- Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for cash handling and transaction processing.
- Implement effective budgeting strategies to optimize operational costs while maintaining service quality.
- Conduct interviews and hire new team members as needed.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective team management and leadership practices.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
Skills
- Proven experience in restaurant management or café operations.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary practices.
- Familiarity with quick service & fast food restaurant environments as well as fine dining experiences.
- Excellent cash handling skills with experience using various POS systems.
- Ability to manage inventory effectively and control costs.
- Experience in training & development of staff members to enhance performance.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with customers and staff alike.

Pay: $20.00 - $27.56 per hour
