We're looking for a dependable Facilities Porter to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout The Brook. In this role, you'll help ensure our casino, public spaces, employee areas, and grounds remain clean, organized, and guest-ready. From responding to cleaning needs to supporting facility operations, you'll play an important role in creating a positive experience for both guests and team members.

What You'll Do
- Clean and maintain casino floors, dining areas, offices, restrooms, banquet rooms, and public spaces
- Vacuum, mop, sanitize, and stock assigned areas
- Empty trash, remove debris, and maintain clean walkways and entrances
- Clean windows, mirrors, glass surfaces, and gaming machines
- Monitor the property for spills, hazards, and cleanliness concerns
- Maintain supply closets and replenish cleaning materials as needed
- Assist with snow and ice removal during winter conditions
- Respond promptly to radio calls and cleaning requests Support all departments in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Previous custodial, janitorial, porter, or facilities experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and observation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude with a service-focused mindset
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment and safely use cleaning products
- Comfortable performing physically active work, including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work varying schedules as business needs require Must be 18 years of age or older
