About the Position:
We’re looking for a motivated and dependable Team Lead to join our cleaning company! This role involves cleaning both residential homes and commercial offices while maintaining a high standard of quality and professionalism. As a Team Lead, you’ll manage your own schedule, ensure client satisfaction, and set the standard for excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed cleaning for residential and commercial properties
- Lead by example to ensure top-quality work and customer satisfaction
- Manage time and tasks efficiently with minimal supervision
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members
- Maintain equipment and supplies in good condition
- Typical hours are between 8AM - 5PM with flexibility.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Positive attitude and strong leadership skills
Compensation:
