Now Hiring: Residential Cleaner
Fresh Start Cleaning is looking for a dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented Residential Cleaner to join our team!
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys creating clean and welcoming homes, and can provide high-quality service that exceeds client expectations.
Position Details:
- Approximately 32 hours per week
- Monday–Friday schedule
- Residential home cleaning
- Occasional weekend hours may be required from time to time
- Must be able to work independently and manage your time effectively
Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough residential cleanings, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and other areas of the home
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists and company standards
- Complete dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, and overall home care
- Maintain attention to detail, including areas that are often overlooked
- Complete laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens
- Provide floor care, including carpet vacuuming and hard floor cleaning
- Properly use cleaning supplies, equipment, and products
- Assist with deep cleans and occasional heavier cleaning tasks
- Communicate professionally with clients and provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation is required
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be self-sufficient and able to complete cleanings independently
- Ability to follow detailed checklists and maintain high cleaning standards
- Strong attention to detail
- Motivated with a strong work ethic
- Dependable and punctual
- Takes pride in providing quality work
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to safely perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving items when needed
Willing to Train:
Cleaning experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person. We are looking for someone who is dependable, motivated, willing to learn, and committed to doing their best work.
Pay:
Starting pay is based on experience, quality of work, and the ability to work independently.
