About the Role
We are hiring a full-time Sales/Business Development Representative to join our growing Merchant Cash Advance team. This is a strong opportunity for someone who is driven, competitive, and motivated by earning potential. We are willing to train the right person.
Responsibilities
- Make 250 outbound calls daily using a dialer
- Prospect and pitch business owners on funding solutions
- Qualify leads and assess client funding needs
- Match clients with appropriate financing options
- Collect and submit required documents with internal team support
- Build relationships and generate repeat business
- Educate clients on MCA and alternative lending solutions
Qualifications
- Sales experience preferred (MCA or lending is a plus)
- Comfortable with high-volume cold calling
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to handle rejection and work in a fast-paced environment
- Organized, coachable, and team-oriented
- CRM experience is a plus
