GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The store manager will recruit staff when needed, write schedules and oversee training along with controlling inventory and money handling procedures. Manager will work on site of the store and also assist in making beverages, food, working cash register, etc. as needed. Manager will work morning/early afternoon shifts because this is the busiest parts of our day. Manager will be responsible for filling all shifts with team members of the store that is open from 5am-8pm every day of the week. Manager will essentially be responsible for the successful day-to-day operations of a Dunkin' Donuts store. We work as a team and will make sure to get you comfortable with all roles of this position and will always be available to contact when questions arise.
Some level of management experience or similar is highly encouraged when applying for this position. Seeking a mature and responsible person capable of overseeing a crew of 10-20 employees and running an effective and efficient Dunkin' Donuts store. Manager will oversee day-to-day operations and work a minimum of 40 hours/week over five different shifts (5 different days) and as needed.

Expected Work Hours:
-40 hours per week is the minimum expected. Should not have to go over this by much as long as shifts are being filled and we have done a great job filling shifts at our other locations. You are expected to be available for phone calls even when you are not on shift and away from the store.
-5 shifts per week spread out on 5 different days (ex. Monday-Friday or Wednesday-Sunday)
-Store hours are 5am-8pm. Manager should work any shift desired between 4am-3:30pm (ex. 4am-11am, 5am-12pm, 6am-1pm, 7am-3:30pm, etc.). Manager will work morning/early afternoon shifts.
