Distribution Laundry

Job Title: Laundry Distribution 

Job Pay Rate: $17.00/hr.

As a member of the Laundry team, you will pick up and deliver laundry and dry cleaning for customers in the Colorado Springs area.

What you will be doing:

• Pick up dirty table linen from restaurants and banquets outlets.
• Deliver clean towels to outdoor pool and pick up the dirty.
• Clean the chutes from west, south and main building. 
• Deliver terry linens to closets.
• Deliver linen orders to housekeeping closets.
• Ensure that the closets and linen closets are in an orderly manner.
• Pick-up warehouse orders as needed.
• Keep work area and vehicles clean.
• Operate Broadmoor vehicles and equipment according to rules and regulations.
• Report any damage or malfunction to your supervisor.
• Always follow all safety and regulations expected by The Broadmoor.
• Ensure that housekeeping have enough material to complete the day
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Uphold and abide by all Broadmoor policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
• Other duties as assigned

What we are looking for:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Any employee driving a Broadmoor vehicle must be 18 years or older
• Occasional heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) with a work environment that may be indoors and outdoors at times and employee may be exposed to fumes, toxic, or caustic chemicals.
• Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic team member who works well with others
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
