Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their laundry needs and retail purchases in a friendly, professional manner
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process payments, including cash handling and credit card transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of laundry areas, ensuring equipment is functioning properly.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with excellent phone etiquette and clear communication skills
- Assist with team members when needed.
Skills
- Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, and retail math for accurate transactions
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately for cash register operations and inventory management
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to engage with customers professionally.
- Knowledge with Wash and Fold Service a PLUS.
