Implement and configure ServiceNow Certificate Management to help organizations Client, track, and manage digital certificates throughout their lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Configure certificate discovery, inventory, and lifecycle workflows.
- Set up expiration alerts, renewal processes, and dashboards.
- Integrate with certificate authorities and internal systems.
- Support testing, deployment, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
- 3 years ServiceNow architecture/solutioning experience.
- Hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow Certificate Management.
- Knowledge of digital certificates, PKI, and certificate lifecycle management.
- Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB, integrations, and scripting.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator preferred.
