Responsibilities/Requirements:


Must Have Skills:

  • Oracle Incentive Compensation (ICM) – EBS and/or Fusion Cloud ICM
  • Experience with ICM SI conversion / implementation
  • Strong Testing focus (SIT, UAT, defect management)
  • Experience managing large-scale integrations
  • Ability to manage multiple teams


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead ICM workstream for EBS → Fusion Cloud ICM conversion
  • Own testing execution (SIT/UAT) and defect tracking/triage
  • Coordinate across SI partners, business, and technical teams
  • Drive delivery, timelines, and status reporting


Nice to Have:

  • Fusion Cloud ICM experience
  • Background in Sales Compensation
